Ross joined the Project team, as Welsh Baccalaureate Development Officer, in September 2007. He was previously Head of Sixth Form and Welsh Baccalaureate Co-ordinator at St Cyres School, Penarth. Ross led the successful introduction and implementation of the Welsh Baccalaureate pilot at St Cyres from 2003 - 2007. Ross began teaching at Rumney High School in 1976 and joined St Cyres in 1981. Ross was Head of History and Government and Politics at St Cyres School. In this role, working with awarding bodies and QCA, he gained extensive experience of qualification development and is an experienced examiner and moderator.
